Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popcorn, divided into 2 pans
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white Karo
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Bring to boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring.
    Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
    Mixture will bubble and foam up.
    Pour over popcorn; place pans in 225\u00b0 oven and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Pour over wax paper and break apart.
    Place in tight can or jar.
