Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely diced raw potatoes
    2 medium onions, minced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onions and celery in 2 1/2 cups boiling water, covered, until tender.
    (Do not drain vegetable water.
    This is part of the soup.)
    Add bouillon cubes.
