Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean, 1-inch beef cubes (sirloin, round or chuck)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef cubes in margarine.
    Add mushrooms.
    Add flour and soup mix; stir.
    Add milk and water.
    Cover; simmer for 1 hour. Add sour cream; reheat 10 minutes.
    Serve with noodles or rice.
