6 Week Bran Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box bran flakes with raisins
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. flour (2 c. wheat and 3 c. white)
    5 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil or shortening
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Mix cereal with sugar, flour, soda and salt in very large bowl.
    Add eggs, shortening or oil, honey and buttermilk.
    Store in covered container in icebox and use as desired.
    To bake,
    fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0
    for 15 to 20 minutes.
