Shrimp Salad And Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. celery, finely diced
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. parsley, finely minced
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    7 oz. small cooked shrimp
    6 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
    2 Tbsp. sweet red pepper, finely diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except shells.
    Mix lightly with fork. If shrimp are 1 to 1 1/2 in size, cut in half.
    Fill pasta shells with small spoon.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce.
