Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
1 c. pecans or more to taste
Preparation

Place pecans in the bottom of an unbaked pie shell.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over pecans.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes then lower to 325 degrees and cook another 35 minutes until pie is firm.
