Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hot sausage
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3/4 can water
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of chili powder
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain.
Reduce heat to simmer; add pepper, onions, tomatoes, water, macaroni and seasonings.
Cover for 25 minutes.
Uncover and simmer 10 minutes.
Place in a greased dish. Add cheese and bake at 325\u00b0
until cheese is melted.
