Agnes' Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pk. pears
    4 green sweet peppers
    4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    8 red sweet peppers, chopped
    6 medium onions
    2 lb. sugar (or desired)
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Chop pears and vegetables fine.
    Mix all together and cook about 5 minutes after it boils.
    Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
