Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat (lean)
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. boiled shrimp, chopped
    1 lb. lean pork, cut up
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped carrots
    3/4 c. chopped bean sprouts
    3/4 c. cabbage, chopped
    1/4 Tbsp. m.s.g.
    1/4 c. soy sauce (low-sodium)
    1 egg white plus 1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. canola oil
    1 or 2 pkg. wonton wrappers
Preparation
    Cook hamburger meat, pork, shrimp, onions, peppers, carrots, bean sprouts and cabbage together.
    Drain well and add egg, m.s.g. and soy sauce.
    Spoon ingredients into wonton wrappers.
    Roll and deep fry until golden brown.
