Layered Italian Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella, sliced
1/2 c. Parmesan, grated
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and garlic in skillet; drain fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, salt and oregano.
In a greased 8 x 12-inch shallow baking dish, layer the spaghetti, meat sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella.
Top with Parmesan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
