Stir-Fry Squash And Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped oregano
    1/2 lb. small zucchini, cut into thin strips
    1/2 lb. small yellow squash, cut into thin strips
    1/4 lb. snow pea pods
Preparation
    Combine garlic and butter in 2-quart rectangular or oval shaped microwave dish. Cook on High for 1 minute until butter is melted. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat with butter. Cover with wax paper and cook on High for 4 minutes, stirring once. Serves 4.
