Meatball Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chopped meat (the cheap stuff; $1.69 to $1.79 per lb.)
3/4 c. flavored breadcrumbs (preferably Italian flavor)
water
1 egg
olive oil
Preparation

Add enough water to the breadcrumbs to make them solidly mushy.
(I know that's an oxymoron, but it's the best explanation I can think of.)
Add the mushy breadcrumbs to the chopped meat. Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Roll into balls.
