Steamed Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. red tomato soup powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    about 2 c. water
Preparation
    Slightly brown rice with margarine, onion, pepper, and soup powder.
    When browned, quickly add tomato sauce and water.
    let come to a rolling boil.
    Then steam on low to med. heat for about 1/2 an hour.
