Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    5 hard-boiled eggs
    4 green onions
    5 celery ribs
    2 cukes
    2 bunches radishes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    2 c. Miracle Whip, divided
Preparation
    Night before (or same day):
    Simmer potatoes with skins until they can easily be pierced with a fork (about 40 minutes).
    Remove skins and cube.
    Add hard-boiled eggs (while warm), chopped, green onions and 3/4 cup Miracle Whip.
    Cool thoroughly.
