Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 French bread baguette (3-inch in diameter)
Preparation

Mix cheeses, Worcestershire, paprika and mustard.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
Fold into cheese mixture.
Toast one side of bread slices lightly under a broiler.
Flip the slices over and top the untoasted side with same egg and cheese mixture. Broil 3 to 6 minutes, until puffed and brown.
Serve hot.
