"Southern Living" Grilled Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. white balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 shallots, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. molasses
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasonings
    1/2 lb. carrots
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    2 zucchini
    2 yellow squash
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Cut vegetables in large pieces and put in marinade 30 minutes.
    Grill in basket on medium-hot coals (350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0) for about 20 minutes.
    Add to marinade and serve hot or chilled.
