Sicilian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 slice bread
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 lb. boiled ham, sliced
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients well.
    Place on large sheet of aluminum foil; flatten.
    Arrange ham slices on beef.
    Sprinkle on cheese.
    Roll up using foil.
    Seal meat.
    Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
