Crock-Pot Down South Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, sliced
    4 to 5 lb. pork roast or fresh picnic ham
    5 to 6 whole cloves
    2 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Put half of the onions in bottom of crock-pot, then add meat and other ingredients with remaining onions on top.
    Cover and cook overnight or 8 to 12 hours on low.
