Chicken Oriental(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 frying chickens, quartered and skinned
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, salt, pepper and sherry.
    Pour over chicken.
    If time allows, marinate all day in refrigerator.
    Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.
