Quick Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. sour half and half
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    10 crushed graham crackers
    1 can Wilderness cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and add sugar, flour and salt.
    Blend well; add remaining ingredients except pie filling and crackers. Crush graham crackers on bottom of 8 or 9-inch square pan.
    Pour cream cheese mix over crackers.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool in pan on rack.
    Spread with pie filling and chill.
