Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
maraschino cherries (optional)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed or sliced
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt margarine.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
Pour melted margarine in pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over margarine.
Add pineapple and cherries.
Combine cake mix, eggs, pineapple juice and water to make 1 1/3 cups liquid. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour over fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Invert on plate.
Makes 12 servings.
