Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. unpeeled chopped apples (about 3 medium)
1 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil on high speed.
Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Blend.
Add pecans, apples and dates; stir well to blend.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until cake tester is clean.
Let stand 15 minutes before removing from pan.
