Basic Loaf(Meatless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. meat substitute (Granburger, etc.)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 or 3 eggs
    tomato juice or milk to moisten
    sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.
    whatever herbs you prefer (basil, oregano, parsley, sage, etc.)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
