Tomatoes And Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh okra
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 large tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice okra in 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook, covered, in small amount of
    boiling
    salted
    water for 10 minutes or cook 1 (10 ounce) package
    frozen
    okra according to package directions. Drain. Cook
    onions
    and chopped peppers in oil until tender, but not brown.
    Blend in sugar, flour, salt and pepper.
    Add 3 peeled
    and quartered
    tomatoes
    and
    okra.
    Heat thoroughly. Serves 4.
