Mrs. Perry'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla (when cooked)
    1 good pat butter (when cooked)
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, cocoa and sugar in boiler.
    Beat egg yolks and pour into mix.
    Add half milk.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add rest of milk.
    Cook on stove on low to medium heat until thick.
    After thickening, add vanilla and butter and pour into a baked pie shell.
    Let mixture cool.
    Use egg whites for a meringue.
    Bake 15 minutes or until top is light brown.
