Jimmie'S Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs;
    add
    sour
    cream, creamed corn and cooking oil. Add to cornmeal and baking powder sifted together.
    Bake in greased
    muffin pans or cornstick pans at 375\u00b0 until golden brown. Makes 12 large or 18 small muffins.
