Pumpkin-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; mix well.
    Make a well in center and add oil, eggs and pumpkin.
    Mix well; add the nuts.
    Spray two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans with no-stick cooking spray.
    Pour into pans, filling each 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean. Yield:
    2 loaves (16 slices each).
    One slice equals 85 calories.
