Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. anise extract
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar, a little at a time; mix well.
Add oil, butter and extracts.
Beat again.
Beat in flour, a little at a time.
Put by teaspoon onto pizzelle iron and press until slightly brown.
