Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed chicken, cooked
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. chopped almonds
2 pimentos, cut in strips
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise (fat free)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. grated onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. Alpine Lace cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except potato chips and cheese.
Put in casserole; top with potato chips and cheese.
Bake until cheese melts at 400\u00b0.
