Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. dried beef
    6 oz. Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Hammer breast until thin.
    Cut Swiss cheese into 4-inch strips (about 1 ounce).
    Roll cheese in one piece of dried beef.
    Roll chicken breast around beef roll.
    Arrange in casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve over egg noodles or rice.
