Ingredients

1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Sift first 3 ingredients together into mixing bowl.
Stir in lemon rind, lemon juice and egg yolks.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish.
Set in pan of hot water 1-inch deep. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serve warm or cold, with or without whipped cream.
Serves 6.
