Individual Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) can tuna
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced onions or 1/4 tsp. instant chopped onions
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, yogurt, cottage cheese or sour cream
    1/8 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    sliced American cheese
Preparation
    Rinse tuna in cold water; drain, then flake into a 3-cup bowl. Blend in the bread, celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour tuna mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-cup baking dish; top with cheese.
    Bake in oven preheated to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
