Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream or 1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. horseradish
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine the four ingredients.
Makes about 1 cup.
Serve with beef roast or prime rib.
