Gisela'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 ml margarine or butter
    100 ml sugar
    200 ml self-rising flour
    1 egg
    2 medium apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    sprinkle with lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine last 7 ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 4 minutes.
    Arrange on top of cake mixture from refrigerator in a pretty design.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Serve with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
