Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sliced, toasted almonds
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Put celery in boiling, salted water and cook 8 minutes; drain. Layer celery, water chestnuts, pimiento and chicken soup in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with sliced almonds; crumble Ritz crackers lightly over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
