Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2-pie crust
    2 c. sliced (white) green tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie pan with half of the pastry.
    Roll out remainder for top crust.
    Combine remaining ingredients and fill shell.
    Top with rolled out pastry and crimp edges to seal.
    Cut four 1-inch slits in top crust to vent.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
