Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. tomatoes
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. mostaccioli noodles (4 c.)
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly along with green pepper and onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
    In a 2-quart casserole, mix together cooked noodles, meat sauce and Cheddar cheese.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes a very delicious meal.
