Vi'S Very Scrumptious Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato puree
1 large onion
1 large zucchini
12 to 16 oz. mushrooms
1 green pepper (optional)
1 small eggplant (optional)
5 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. Desert Spice-Nile Spice (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
dash of hot sauce
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 bottle decent Burgundy wine
