New Orleans Style Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped fine
Dijon style mustard
vegetable oil
red wine vinegar
romaine lettuce
croutons
fresh Parmesan cheese
salt
fresh ground pepper
Preparation

With a whisk, mix together the garlic and onion.
Add mustard (approximately 2 tablespoons) to your own taste.
Add vegetable oil and red wine vinegar in equal amounts.
Add dash of salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Toss with romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese and croutons.
