Tortellini With Broccoli And Red Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 1/2 c. broccoli florets
    1 red pepper, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook tortellini; drain.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add broccoli and red pepper and saute until just tender, about 3 minutes.
    Add wine and vinegar and cook 30 seconds.
    Add cooked tortellini and toss until heated through, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
