Sugar-Free Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (in its own juice)
    1 large can mandarin oranges
    2 cans chunky fruit cocktail (in its own juice)
    2 c. pineapple juice (from pineapple chunks)
Preparation
    Drain all the fruit except for the pineapple. Carefully drain pineapple and reserve 2 cups of the pineapple juice. (Sometimes I have to add some of the other fruit juices to make 2 cups.) Mix the pineapple juice with the instant pudding. Whisk until thickened. Add drained fruit and mix well.
