Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. crumbled cheese crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling water until barely tender and still bright green.
Combine soup and mayonnaise.
Add onions, eggs, salt and pepper.
Stir in broccoli and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and add cracker crumbs.
Bake 10 minutes more.
