Sweet 'N Sour Pork Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken or pork
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, chunked
    2 cans chunk pineapple, undrained
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken or pork in pieces.
    Brown in pan sprayed with Pam. Reduce heat to low.
    Add onion, carrots and green pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and add to mixture.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve with rice and tossed salad.
