Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese (sieve to make smooth)
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 (10-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Line a pie pan with pastry (one 10-inch or two 8-inch).
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Continue beating until light.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and strain.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes, until center is firm.
    Turn off oven, open door and let stand in oven for 60 minutes.
    Cool.
