Katrina'S Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Jif creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter, Crisco, light brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
    Add egg.
    Beat just until blended.
    Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add at low speed.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes, or until set.
    Cool 2 minutes.
    Yield: 3 dozen cookies.
