Sunday Dinner Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. eye of round roast, at room temperature
    salt and pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Season
    roast
    with
    salt
    and pepper.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0 until
    light
    goes off.
    Bake roast 8 minutes per pound. Turn oven
    off
    and
    do not open door until cool, about 2 1/2 hours. Slice; arrange on platter, garnished with parsley.
