Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. diced zucchini
1/4 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken rice flavor)
mushrooms

Preparation

Prepare Stove Top stuffing mix as directed on box, except increase butter to 1/2 cup.
Place zucchini and onion in boiling salt water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Mix zucchini in bowl with sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
