Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. grated cheese
    2 C. milk
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. red pepper, optional
    10 slices bread
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet. Dip bread, both sides, cube and alternate in greased casserole with cheese. Beat egg yolks with other ingredients, pour over casserole. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites (awkward, but essential). Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
