Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed apples (5 medium)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and oil.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Fold in raisins and nuts.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add 3 or more tablespoons water if batter is dry.
    Add vanilla and apples.
    Bake, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
