Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 c. fresh broccoli, cut up or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and well drained
    2 c. milk
    bouillon cubes to your taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add onion; cook about 10 minutes. Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir constantly, about 2 minutes.
    Gradually add broth and bouillon cubes.
    Bring to boil, stirring until it has thickened.
    Add broccoli.
    Cover and simmer until broccoli is tender.
    Add milk and stir; simmer until ready to eat.
    Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
